About Us

We are seeking a professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-saving projects through process improvements.
  • Create policies and standards for manufacturing excellence.
  • Establish programs to track and eliminate lost production causes.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead value stream mapping exercises to define processes and implement LEAN tools.
  • Suggest and support business projects to identify improvement levers and set smart objectives.
  • Ensure the sustainability of improvements by providing training and skill-building opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor leadership team members, promoting a motivated work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or consulting.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology field is preferred.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Strong technical skills and initiative.
  • Project management and change management skills.
