Job Overview

We are seeking a talented HR Trainee to join our team at Hire Xpert. As a Human Resources Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and training in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs, including team building activities and recognition events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
