Job Title: Embedded Software and Hardware Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at ASM Technologies Ltd in Bengaluru. The role involves leading and managing a team in the development and verification of embedded software and hardware projects, ensuring quality and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct dependability studies for customer and internal projects.
  • Maintain dependability studies for components of the electronic system architecture.
  • Identify, recruit, and hire suitable personnel at appropriate stages.
  • Contribute to Requests for Quotations (RFQ) related to electronic system dependability.
  • Provide training and support for the electronic dependability process and tools to the team.
  • Collaborate with global offices and internal sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Automotive Embedded Systems.
  • Strong proficiency in developing automotive embedded systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Body Electronics, Infotainment, ADAS, and in-vehicle networking.
  • Familiarity with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cyber Security principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Qt/QML and Froglogic Aqua.
  • Understanding of HMI/GUI development and testing.
  • Proficiency with Git and tools like Jenkins/JIRA.
  • Experience in Linux/Windows user space.
