Job Title: Oracle Developer Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a seasoned Oracle Developer, leveraging your expertise in Oracle pl/sql and Crystal Reports to drive business growth. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex database solutions using Oracle 12c.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance Oracle pl/sql stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, views, and wrapper SQLs
- Create Crystal standard reports and ad-hoc reports using Oracle 12c database, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with existing systems
- Manage BI Folder security, user/group security using CMC, and implement robust access controls
- Migrate BI reports using promotion management tools, minimizing downtime and disruption
- Monitor and support existing schedules using Query builder, ensuring optimal report performance
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to BI universes and WebI reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues related to BI WebI reports and Crystal reports, applying advanced analytical skills

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle pl/sql development, with a strong background in stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, views, and wrapper SQLs
- Expertise in Crystal Reports, including design, development, and implementation of complex reports
- Proficiency in Oracle 12c database, with knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
