Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Growth Associate to oversee end-to-end client coordination and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Manage client expectations by organizing regular meetings to discuss progress and upcoming strategies.
  • Develop and execute brand, content, and PR campaigns to align with client objectives.
  • Coordinate brand designs, website/landing pages, SEO, and content marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the client to define and refine brand positioning.
  • Assist in creating brand collateral that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Drive revenue growth by focusing on campaigns that increase student admissions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the client, optimizing strategies based on data to improve results.
  • Support the creation of Reels, Podcasts, and other content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and manage space branding and offline marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or in client servicing, preferably with digital marketing and strategy experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels like SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex client requirements and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
