Ecommerce Solution Architect

The role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, along with hands-on experience in Shopify+ front-end development. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and build scalable, user-focused eCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into functional, maintainable solutions
  • Design full-stack applications emphasizing performance, responsiveness, and scalability
  • Work on Shopify+ front-end development including custom theme development and leveraging Shopify Plus features like Scripts and Flows
  • Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and integration points
  • Write clean, reusable code for both front-end and back-end components
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devices
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical development roles
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, .NET, or Java
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Experience with Git and tools like SourceTree or Bitbucket
  • Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
