Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BTL/ATL marketing with experience in the Ed-Tech industry.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and contribute to the development of marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
  • Offline Coaching Marketing Experience: Utilize offline coaching marketing techniques to promote services and products.
  • Visiting Schools and Local Tuition Teachers: Establish relationships and promote services by visiting schools and local tuition teachers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various activities such as canopy visits, leaflet distribution, and data collection.
  • RWA Activities: Meet authorized persons, schedule senior meetings, and collect data.
  • Meeting with School Admin/Principal: Book appointments for senior meetings with school administrators and principals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in BTL/ATL marketing in the Ed-Tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
