About the Role

We are seeking a skilled backend web developer with extensive experience in PHP and WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, as well as hands-on experience with Blade templating, WordPress core functions, filters, and actions.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage PHP and WordPress expertise to develop robust backend systems
  • Design and implement efficient database schema and data migration strategies
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend components
  • Maintain and improve existing codebase to ensure scalability, security, and performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in backend web development with a focus on PHP and WordPress
  • Expertise in Blade templating, WordPress core functions, filters, and actions
  • Familiarity with automated testing and agile development processes
  • Strong understanding of user authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Experience with complex hosting environments and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Deep understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery)
