As a seasoned SOA/OSB developer, you will have the opportunity to craft robust and scalable systems by designing, building, and testing SOA composites and OSB services. Your expertise in integrating various systems through adapters will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication between disparate systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will design and implement SOA composites (BPEL, Mediator) and OSB services that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Configure and manage adapters for system integrations, leveraging your proficiency in DB, JMS, FTP, REST/SOAP, and HTTP adapters.
  • Implement error handling, retry policies, and transaction management in services to ensure high uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Perform unit and integration testing for developed services, verifying their functionality and reliability.
  • Document services, configurations, and deployment guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handover activities and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in SOA and OSB development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB), with hands-on experience in BPEL, Mediator, and integration patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in configuring and managing adapters, including DB, JMS, FTP, REST/SOAP, and HTTP adapters.
  • Familiarity with fault handling, error management, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SOA principles, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Ability to independently perform unit testing and integration testing, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
