Job Summary

Lead a team of engineers and designers to develop innovative material handling systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, system layouts, equipment sizing, and cost estimates for material handling solutions.
  • Perform design calculations, simulations, and stress analyses to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in material handling systems design and engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in designing and implementing material handling solutions for industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, mining, or supply chain.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Material Handling Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of material handling systems.
  • Engineering Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects.
