Job Description:

We seek an exceptional Senior Integrated Producer to oversee the production and post-production of campaigns across various platforms.

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing shoot production, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners, as well as mentoring junior team members and fostering their growth within the post-production environment.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Ensure accurate budgets, schedules, and timelines are developed and communicated effectively.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the post-production environment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency, with good knowledge of print, digital, and film production.
  • Ability to manage heavy workload under pressure, prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellence always.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology to leverage in advertising and digital marketing.
  • Previous experience of resource and production services sourcing.
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios and how to shoot for various deliverables and knowledge of shooting for CGI pack replacements.
