Job Description:

As a monitoring and auditing professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accuracy standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting data-driven analysis, identifying trends, addressing non-compliance and fraud risks, and contributing to process improvements through proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Performing audits to ensure Travel and Expense claims comply with company policies and regulations
  • Identifying and reporting non-compliance, fraud, or irregularities to the Manager
  • Using tools to analyze T E data and identify trends or risks
  • Preparing reports and dashboards for review by the Manager
  • Collaborating with regional teams, including finance and procurement to ensure T E compliance
  • Addressing queries related to T E policies and procedures
  • Communicating policy updates effectively to relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting the Manager in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in audit, compliance, or T E oversight roles. Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and expense management platforms, like Concur, is also required.
