Senior Visual Communications Specialist

The company offers graphic and document support to clients for their marketing and internal deck designs. The team comprises two main verticals: Graphic Design and Document Design, each with distinct roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the Visual Design Team Lead- Prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Manage the creative output of all communications and maintain standards for brand integrity
- Oversee the execution team of designers
- Provide guidelines on complex projects and overall project execution
- Communicate effectively with the financial services and design teams
- Manage daily staffing and conflicts within the team
- Work allocation and time management support designers to meet business requirements
- Prepare drafts and present ideas to manage and deliver projects as per client deadlines
- Participate in calls with the financial services teams and the client
- Maximize quality for all project deliverables and maintain an average project feedback score of 4+
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to align them with departmental goals
- Ensure final artwork and layouts are visually appealing as per client branding
- Perform quality control checks throughout the process
- Ensure the team meets its monthly and annual objectives
Required Technical Skills:
- Expert level in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Expert level in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects
Experience:
7-8 years of relevant work experience
