  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft machine learning algorithms and oversee relevant KPIs.
  • Establishing efficient data pipelines that serve as the lifeblood of our machine learning models.
  • Engaging in consultation with managers to define and fine-tune machine learning objectives for optimal outcomes.
  • Crafting, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models using a diverse array of tools and frameworks.
  • Curating and preprocessing data to ensure its quality and suitability for machine learning applications.
  • Spearheading feature engineering efforts to identify and select pertinent features that enhance model performance and predictive accuracy.
  • Employing a thoughtful approach in the selection of machine learning algorithms and techniques tailored to the unique demands of each problem and dataset.
  • Designing and executing robust evaluation methodologies to gauge the effectiveness and resilience of machine learning models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of dedicated AI/ML and NLP experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and creating AI/ML models for ranking and recommendation systems.
  • Experience with Graph-based algorithms and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated history as a machine learning engineer or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration aptitudes.
  • An innovative mindset with a fervor for continuous skill development.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient coding skills and MLOps tools.
  • Substantial experience in leveraging cloud-native solutions for ML model implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing techniques.
