Job Requirements
We seek a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth across various markets. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of experience and be instrumental in driving business expansion.
This role offers work locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad with options for full-time, part-time, remote, and hybrid employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company goals and drive growth in targeted markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create attractive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and further business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market and industry research to keep abreast of trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and conferences to represent the company and expand industry connections.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to refine marketing efforts and product offerings.
