About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead our India portfolio for a transitional period of construction through to operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the priorities for facilities management and client user work streams are delivered by the incumbent project management organization and our own facilities preparedness tasks are achieved to ensure a smooth building takeover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and governance of the project lifecycle, ensuring that the project is delivered in a consultative, transparent, and at the expected quality standard.
  • Develop and implement mobilization plans, ensuring consistency across projects and coordinating with the project team to develop a project-specific operational transition plan.
  • Identify and onboard key mobilization supporting staff during the project to deliver the mobilization.
  • Chair project meetings with key stakeholders and deliver key progress updates and key risk callouts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide lessons learned from completed projects to promote sharing of key information, asset performance issues, project challenges, and design issues.
  • Prepare SOPs and EOPs based on designed logic for MEP-related equipment.
  • Prepare warranty and service scope of work during the DLP.
  • Onboard new buildings onto JLL and client systems.
  • Review IBMS IO points for MEP and cross-check all IO points considered are integrated with iBMS.
  • Identify spares and single-point failures of MEP and prepare critical spare part lists for MEP-related equipment.
  • Work with the energy and sustainability lead on energy consumption forecasting and budgeting.
  • Incident analysis/RCA analysis and rectification of MEP equipment during failures in DLP/Warranty.
About You

We are looking for an experienced project director with a minimum of 15 years of experience in leading real estate or complex/critical environment projects. You will have a degree or a professional qualification in project management/facilities or a technical-related higher education qualification. You will have an eye for detail, high-level analytical skills, and good communication skills. You will be proficient in the English language and have great time management and organizational skills.
