We are seeking an experienced Sales Area Leader - Aftermarket and Car Care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within their allocated region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in distribution channel management, network expansion, and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.
- Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
