The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a key member of a communications team, working closely with internal stakeholders, the media, and various external partners to create compelling content that showcases our expertise and achievements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing site-specific internal communications plans that foster employee engagement and strategic positioning of the Centre within the Group.

The successful Communications Strategist will also be responsible for managing events, exhibitions, and corporate branding initiatives that align with our company values and objectives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful events, conferences, seminars, and job fairs that attract top talent and showcase our capabilities.

Additionally, the role involves creating high-quality content that tells the story of our engineering excellence, including editorials, press releases, articles, interviews, and social media posts. The Communications Strategist will also provide support to the India communications team in securing budgets and optimizing operational performance, ensuring alignment with regional communications plans.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Proven experience in in-house communication within a multinational company or agency (6-9 years).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
