Equipment Specialist

Service delivery involves providing technical assistance to customers in utilizing our products effectively. This role requires close collaboration with clients to resolve any operational issues promptly.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional field service support for laboratory equipment
- Respond to breakdown calls with the highest priority and urgency
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by managing expectations proactively
- Compile and present regular reports on service performance and application management
- Optimize repair and maintenance activities for improved efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently through informed decision-making
- Develop and disseminate comprehensive service documentation for external teams
- Conduct troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of equipment
- Forge strong relationships with customer contacts through effective teamwork
- Provide hands-on training for international field service teams, traveling up to 20% of the time
- Hold a degree in an engineering discipline
- Possess at least three years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Be willing to travel extensively across India for customer visits
- Hold a valid driver's license and have experience operating both automatic and manual vehicles
The successful candidate will be able to work independently while maintaining open communication with the team. A willingness to adapt to changing priorities is essential for this role.
