Many deals fail to meet their financial or strategic objectives or tend to minimize value as companies are ill-prepared for the speed and intensity of the deal process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within our organization.
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as our organization).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business Development/Upsell:
  • Support senior partners/directors in building the practice in the north region.
  • Experience in planning and implementing integration/separations of various front office and back office functions.
  • Delivering project management engagements with strong PMO skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding complex deal situations and its implications on client/target business model.
  • Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organization.

  • Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management.
  • Maintain business relationships.
