Corporate Credit Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Credit Analyst to join our team in managing a portfolio of EMEA corporate clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing forward-looking fundamental credit analysis, annual reviews, and limit renewals.

The ideal candidate will possess 7-8 years of experience in fundamental corporate analysis, preferably in a bank, Global Capability Centre, asset manager, or rating agency environment. Experience covering EMEA large corporates is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive credit analysis on borrowers, including forward-looking assessments.
  • Support Relationship Managers and Senior Credit Analysts on ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or portfolio reviews.
  • Conduct covenant checks and prepare periodic monitoring reports.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in fundamental corporate analysis.
  • Experience covering EMEA large corporates.
  • Good understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg/CapIQ and similar systems.
