Job Description:

The Finance Controller will oversee the entire financial function of the organization, encompassing fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT, and statutory compliance.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other regulatory reports.
  • Handling procure to pay, order to cash, capex management, salary and employee reimbursements.
  • Conducting financial statement variance analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Managing daily cash flow and working capital.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounting operations across Pan India and be well-versed in account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax requirements.

Candidates from a QSR or retail background are preferred. The role requires relocation to Mumbai.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India.
  • Proficiency in account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
