About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Risk Specialist to join our Transaction Banking Compliance team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients, financial markets, and the firm by ensuring that our liquidity management and payments product offerings meet regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will provide advice and compliance oversight to TxB personnel, assessing regulatory and reputational risks, and significant business changes affecting the firm. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practice standards for Transaction Banking, as well as creating new and enhancing existing monitoring, testing, and controls to mitigate risk.

You will also engage with various internal teams such as Legal, Internal Audit, Treasury, Operations, Engineering, and Conflicts Resolution Group, as well as external advisors, clients, and counterparties to address various legal, compliance, regulatory, and reputational issues.
