Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating engaging visual content that supports our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Communication & Branding

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. They will create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that effectively communicate complex ideas.

  • Campaign & Event Collateral

They will design impactful materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage. They will collaborate with the team to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences.

  • Content & Storytelling

They will transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts. They will support the creation of visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.

  • Digital & Social Media

They will create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages. They will assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.

  • Photography & Videography

They will help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library. They will work with external photographers and videographers as needed.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
