Job Title: Community Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely project implementation, aligning with project plans and goals.
  • Develop and track quality implementation plans, fostering collaboration with program leads and internal teams.
  • Cultivate innovative approaches to enhance project activities, address operational challenges promptly.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in all project activities.
Project Execution and Management:
  • Implement projects, ensuring alignment with project plans and meeting set deadlines.
  • Collaborate with program leads and coordinators to secure necessary support for project execution.
  • Foster community involvement and ownership of project activities for long-term sustainability.
Develop Partnerships and Advocacy:
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders at various levels, promoting project and organizational visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to align stakeholder activities with project goals, increasing partnerships and collaborations.

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in program implementation, preferably in the social sector.
  • Good understanding of social and environmental concepts.
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to develop good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality outputs.
