Freelance Clinical Trial Interviewer

We are currently seeking a skilled healthcare professional to collaborate with our clients for clinical trial screening interviews as a freelance professional. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, conducting interviews based on provided scripts and receiving paid training.
This role involves contacting candidates within 48 hours of their volunteering on the client's platform, conducting interviews, and making decisions based on candidate responses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Kannada, and have a strong ability to follow instructions.
The key details about the opportunity include:
- Freelance collaboration: Healthcare Professional for clinical trial screening interviews
- Location: India
- Languages: Fluent in Kannada (India)
- Time commitment: minimum 2-3 hours per day screening patients (Monday through Friday)
Beyond the core responsibilities, we offer comprehensive training sessions to ensure the candidate is well-prepared for the tasks. Each screening interview takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and the candidate will be required to attempt contact with each candidate up to 5 times.
The payment for this project is based on completed interviews, which include candidates who meet the criteria, those who do not meet the criteria, and those who are disqualified due to unreachability after 5 attempts.
