Automation Developer Role

At our organization, you will play a key role in building an AI-first operations stack to automate various tasks and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation scripts to automate tasks such as tenant onboarding, dues generation, UPI/WhatsApp reminders, electricity/fines logging, complaints flow, and check-in/out tracker.
  • Develop a lightweight caretaker web app for photo uploads and quick actions.
  • Create an owner dashboard to display occupancy %, receivables, alerts, and exports.
  • Ship small features weekly and demo every Friday.
  • Write clean PRs with READMEs and basic tests.
  • Automate boring ops with scripts/flows and measure what you ship.

Requirements:

  • Avid reader (share last 2 books + 3-line takeaways).
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, async-first.
  • Self-taught or computer engineering background.
  • Comfortable with Git and command line.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prompt engineering (structuring prompts, tool-use, evals).
  • Cloud technologies including Cloud Run, IAM, Firebase, Cloud Build/Storage.
  • LLM integration with Gemini API/CLI, Codex/Code-LLM CLI.
  • Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python; REST/webhooks expertise.
  • WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Sheets/Apps Script, Next.js/React, Supabase/Firebase proficiency.
