Nurse Supervisor

Nursing Department Manager

• Supervise a dynamic team of nurses with approximately 15 members.
• Responsible for managing daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all roles as a registered nurse.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff.
• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of nursing personnel.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (mandatory).
• Registered Nurse with valid license to practice in Tanzania or eligible for registration.
• Experience in a nursing leadership role preferably in a hospital or health center setting.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of nurses.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
