Job Posting: Cybersecurity Leader
This is a senior leadership role where the candidate will be responsible for building and leading the Cybersecurity team from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, DevSecOps automation, risk governance, and incident response.
The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide security architecture and frameworks across multi-cloud environments. They will also lead secure SDLC adoption, threat modeling, application security reviews, and WAF implementation.
Cybersecurity Team Ownership- Establish processes, frameworks, and best practices to grow the Cybersecurity team.
- Act as the head of the Cybersecurity vertical, accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to leadership.
- Build a strong pipeline of security talent and mentor engineers to achieve maturity in security operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with leadership to balance business needs with security risk tolerance, translating technical risk into actionable business decisions.
- Continuously improve security policies, procedures, and audit readiness.
- Work with SOC and Incident Response teams to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats and incidents.
- Develop and optimize incident response playbooks to improve containment, recovery, and resilience.
- Implement proactive monitoring and security automation to reduce exposure to malicious events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices across development and infrastructure teams.
- Provide strategic mentorship to engineers and stakeholders on threat trends, secure coding, and compliance.
- Lead documentation, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture.
