About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned medical communications professional to drive scientific innovation and patient outcomes in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content: Craft compelling scientific, medical, and educational materials for clients, including MSL/training slide decks, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content.
  • Lead junior writers: Review and supervise deliverables from junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance on best practices and client preferences.
  • Mentor and train: Share expertise with junior writers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships: Foster excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Advise on strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and content improvements that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific/ Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma.
  • Strong scientific writing skills, with attention to detail and language skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present scientific data clearly and concisely.
  • Digital content development skills, with experience creating engaging visual content.
