We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive analytics solutions to drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting data-driven initiatives and a strong ability to take ownership of projects, deliver high-quality results, and communicate complex concepts to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining production forecast modeling pipelines and monitoring models as needed
  • Collaborating with business partners to design and build effective solutions for complex business problems
  • Integrating data from multiple sources and building robust cross-functional data assets
  • Evaluating data effectiveness and accuracy, determining materiality of data issues, and recommending paths forward
  • Performing multivariate and exploratory data analysis and communicating key findings to colleagues and business partners
  • Utilizing statistics and machine learning to build predictive models and tools
  • Working closely with the team to perform complex analytics and data preparation tasks
  • Communicating and presenting findings to business partners and proactively following up on issues raised during presentations
  • Providing training guidance and assistance to colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Python programming
  • Familiarity with time series modeling
  • At least 2 years of data science-related experience
  • Excellent data analysis and advanced data manipulation techniques using SQL
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with predictive modeling and working with data scientists
  • Data visualization tool experience
