About Mushroom Cultivation Internship

This role offers hands-on experience in mushroom cultivation, from substrate preparation to harvesting.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in substrate preparation, sterilization, and bagging
    • Support in spawning, incubation, and monitoring growth stages
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the growing area
    • Participate in harvesting and post-harvest handling
    • Document observations and assist in basic research trials
    • Follow standard cultivation and safety protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Students or recent graduates in Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields
  • Individuals with a genuine interest in mushroom farming and sustainable agriculture
  • Ability to commit to both probation and internship
  • Willingness to perform hands-on tasks in farm conditions
