Job Description:

The Coupa Specialist will provide ongoing support for Coupa P2P modules, monitor system performance, and resolve technical issues. They will work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
