We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our administration department and implementing various policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of our facility. Ensure excellent maintenance and overall appearance of the school premises.
  • Transport Management: Manage transport routes and schedules, address parent queries, and ensure student safety.
  • Vendor Management and Procurement: Implement procurement policies, coordinate with central teams, and ensure timely delivery and payments.
  • Canteen Management: Set up processes to prevent food-related hazards, coordinate with vendors, and conduct periodic audits.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Oversee repairs and maintenance, monitor AMC schedules, and ensure services are maintained in proper operational conditions.
  • Liaisoning and Approvals Management: Monitor permissions and approvals, collaborate with central teams, and obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor asset inventory, collect requirements, and enable timely purchases.
  • Event Management: Oversee administrative arrangements for school events, coordinate with agencies, and manage school trips.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably male candidate
