**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a skilled Frontend Development Specialist

**Job Description**

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of frontend development experience and strong Next.js expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, project ownership mindset, and emerging leadership qualities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js, developing reusable components and front-end libraries, translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code, integrating frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs, ensuring application performance, scalability, and security meet startup standards, and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Technical Skills: 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise, strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+), experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.), solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles, hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns, proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows, experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows.
  • Professional Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail with a perfectionist mindset for UI implementation, strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes, leadership potential demonstrated through initiative-taking and problem-solving, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
