About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager Lead to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management:
  • Oversee electrical work for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Design & Implementation:
  • Review and approve electrical design plans, ensuring they meet project requirements and local regulations.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and backup power solutions.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of electrical work.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in electrical installations.
Budget & Scheduling:
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and ensure that electrical work is completed within budget constraints.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of electrical tasks.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure that all electrical work adheres to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
  • Evaluate and select electrical contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of electrical work, including design documents, inspection reports, and compliance certifications.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
  • Provide technical support for electrical issues and conduct troubleshooting as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical systems.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
