Senior AI Transformation Specialist

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end AI transformation solutions for clients. With a strong background in data engineering and applied AI, you will be responsible for assessing existing data infrastructure, identifying AI opportunities, and designing scalable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess data infrastructure and readiness for AI.
  • Identify AI opportunities and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Design data pipelines and AI-ready data layers ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models integrated with business operations.
  • Ensure solutions align with data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at consulting or technology services companies.
  • Proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and vector databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance in solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of RAG, LangChain, and other AI frameworks.
  • Experience with deployment and automation tools.
