As a procurement professional, you will be responsible for managing our suppliers and ensuring that we receive high-quality materials on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing activities including market research for global vendors.
  • Vendor development and evaluation.
  • Negotiation of contracts with reliable suppliers.
  • Conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Procuring materials from local and overseas vendors.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth production.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of defined quality materials.
  • Inspecting materials at vendor premises to ensure quality.
  • Providing dispatch clearance to vendors.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of shipment.
  • Ensuring continuity in supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct supplier audits.
  • Proficient in procurement processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
