Job Title: Financial Leadership RoleAt Apna, we are revolutionizing livelihood creation across India. As a finance and accounts professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including audit and tax planning, review payments, invoices, debit/credit notes.
  • Review and recommend improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure monthly book closure and financial reporting.
  • Supervise daily finance operations, track payables & trade receivables.
  • Review legal documents and contracts, handle Company Secretarial matters with consultants.
Taxation
  • Prepare and finalize Returns of all types of Taxation.
  • Compile data for submission of reply to Tax Departments.
  • Calculate and pay Tax dues.
  • Submit Returns in case of Direct & Indirect Taxes.
Miscellaneous
  • Implement technology-related changes throughout the year.
  • Work with the Technical team on System development and Reporting for timely presenting informative Dashboards & reports to management.
  • Identify and resolve problems proactively.

To excel in this role, we seek a CA with 4-5 years of experience in similar positions at growing startups. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Google Spreadsheets, and Tally ERP is essential. The ideal candidate should have positive, pragmatic, and mature approach, flexible communication style, and ability to work under pressure.
