About Our Role:

At our organization, we're pushing the boundaries of oncology trial site innovation by building a cutting-edge technology stack. This unified platform unifies clinical care and research workflows, bringing us closer to making Clinical Research a Care Option.

Our Oncology Large Language Model (OncoLLM), co-developed with leading cancer centers, eliminates operational inefficiencies in patient recruitment, data curation, and other laborious tasks involved in clinical research. This enables high-quality data generation and accelerates clinical trials.

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality enterprise products while mentoring, motivating, and molding your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborating with Product Management, User Experience, and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a highly available SaaS solution
  • Participating in software design meetings to ensure long-term maintainability and extensibility of code
  • Performing code reviews and ensuring quality in all aspects of software development
  • Driving continuous improvement in software development life cycles
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent design and programming skills primarily with a focus on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Web Services technologies
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS
  • Full working knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex enterprise/cloud solutions
  • Working knowledge of basic technologies such as networking
  • Use of Open Source packages for common capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
