Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including branch operational activities, handling customer queries, and promoting financial products.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform branch operational activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Explain GL schemes, interest rates, and other relevant information to customers
  • Verify gold checks for loan disbursement
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and maintain documentation
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products to customers
  • Promote the organization's services and products through various promotional activities
  • Follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure their satisfaction
  • Achieve branch targets and contribute to the organization's growth
Eligibility Criteria:
  • The minimum educational qualification required is a Graduate degree (BA/BCom/BSc/BBA)
  • BTech/BE/BCA/Distance/Open University Degree holders are not eligible
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in the local language is mandatory
  • The candidate should be from the local area
  • Computer knowledge is essential
  • The maximum age limit is 28 years
