Production Director

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing production operations.

• Leading the production team to achieve organizational goals and objectives, driving business success through effective strategy implementation and efficient resource management.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products by managing production scheduling, motivating the team, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality control, aligning with industry best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in production handling, team management, and production planning.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and proficiency in AutoCAD, CNC Machines, and Thermoforming process.
• Familiarity with production planning, plant operations, and quality control procedures.
• Good to have: knowledge of SolidWorks and experience in interior design industry.
