**Job Opportunity: English as an Additional Language Teacher**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EAL teacher to join our team at Wellington College International Pune. As an EAL teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their language skills and achieve academic success.About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that requires the successful candidate to be located in Pune. The EAL teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, teaching, assessing student progress, and providing training and support to help students improve their language skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in lesson planning and education, effective communication and teaching skills, experience in training and professional development, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create educational content and deliver lessons aimed at students learning English as an additional language
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Provide training and support to help students develop language skills
  • Foster a conducive learning environment and support pastoral development and wellbeing of students
