Network Administrator Job Description">

Deloitte is looking for a Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational monitoring and reporting of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across Deloitte India Member Firm offices and datacenter.

The ideal candidate should have experience in network infrastructure operations and managing/supervising network support teams. In-depth knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security concepts is also required.

  • Experience with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms
  • Conceptual knowledge of Enterprise Firewall (Site/VPN tunneling) & QoS Traffic Shaping
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment & as a team leader
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Operational Monitoring/Reporting/Functioning of Wireless, Routing & Switching Infrastructure
  2. Maintain Enterprise Network Infrastructure & its Operational Performance
  3. Liaise/Collaborate with Vendors/TAC/Support Teams
  4. Supervise Network Infrastructure Changes/Patch Deployment
  5. Collaborate with Deloitte Global/Peer/Business Teams
  6. Maintain Network Inventory, Documentation & MIS Reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 8+ Years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate network

Location and Work Environment:

  • Base location: Mumbai
  • This profile does not involve extensive travel for work
  • Hybrid is our default way of working

Key Skills and Qualifications">

We are looking for candidates with excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of network concepts. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Hands-on experience with Solarwinds Platform Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Advanced Reporting
  • Additional Cisco certifications will be preferred
