As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating a learning platform that empowers Deaf learners and promotes their educational growth. Our mission is to create an inclusive and accessible environment where every individual can thrive.

You will be responsible for building and iterating on learner and teacher dashboards in Next.js (TypeScript, Node.js, App Router, React Server Components), designing secure Supabase edge functions, Auth flows, and storage with Row-Level Security, modeling and optimizing content, progress, and analytics data in MongoDB (indexes, aggregation pipelines), integrating real-time captioning and sign-language video assets, creating data pipelines for AI models, writing unit/integration tests (Vitest/Jest, Playwright) and performing peer code reviews, profiling performance, shrinking bundle sizes, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, as well as working knowledge of Supabase or strong SQL fundamentals, basic proficiency in MongoDB CRUD, schema design, and aggregation, familiarity with Git/GitHub flow and modern JS tooling (pnpm or yarn, eslint, prettier).
