Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the innovation and execution of new product offerings throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating their needs across product development and strategic planning.
  • Translate business requirements into clear epics and user stories, aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Prioritize initiatives using a structured framework to assess customer impact and business value.
  • Define and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap in close collaboration with engineering, architecture, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that delivers measurable client and enterprise value.
  • Conduct discovery and market research to uncover user pain points, validate hypotheses, and inform product direction.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it supports delivery of roadmap objectives and key results.
  • Define, track, and analyze key success metrics, including performance, cost, adoption, risk posture, and reliability.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with formal training or background in software engineering.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Proven experience translating complex technical API concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated strength in data-driven decision-making, using metrics and feedback to refine product strategy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Experience in managing and driving products from concept through to successful launch and beyond.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Prior experience in a large-scale, matrixed technology organization.
  • Hands-on experience with platform capabilities designed for software engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of distributed systems and delivering API-based solutions at scale.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess user experience, adoption, and product performance.
