About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Staff Systems Analyst to drive solutions in the EFS functional area. As a technical application analyst for SAP EHS (ECC and S4 HANA) and integrating with 3rd party regulatory content providers, you'll play a key role in our EHS solution. Additionally, you'll focus on cross-functional process and system integration with other SAP modules and systems like MES and Label management application.

Your responsibilities will include project and quarterly releases, including upgrades, new product introductions, integrations, and net new functionality delivered via application configuration and project promotions. Approximately 80% of your effort will be dedicated to projects, while 20% will be sustaining-focused.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct business & system analysis to investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
  2. Define scope and business priorities for small-scale changes and assist in larger-scale scoping exercises. Elicit and discover requirements from operational management and other stakeholders, specifying and documenting business requirements as directed.
  3. Assist in analyzing stakeholder objectives and underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements, problems, and identify options for consideration. Work iteratively with stakeholders to define acceptance tests.
  4. Demonstrate a good understanding of the project lifecycle and all phases. Review and contribute to project plans, accurately assessing effort for own contributions or tracking which they are part of.
  5. Be actively involved in preparing, conceiving, realizing, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops or meetings with internal and external clients.
  7. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, know-how transfer, and documentation.
  8. Support the project or program lead in tasks connected to one's own work.
  9. Think clearly, analytically, and critically, with good interpersonal skills.
  10. Experience working both as an individual contributor and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  11. Engage independently with project teams with minimal manager leadership over site.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate in any discipline.
  2. 12-15 years of SAP S/4HANA EHS/EHSM experience, minimum 8+ years in SAP EHS/EHSM in SAP ECC.
  3. Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP EHSM greenfield or brownfield implementation experience, experience in Roll-outs and Application Maintenance & Support projects.
  4. Experience in S/4HANA conversion from ECC is an added advantage.
  5. Experience and exposure to Environment, Social, and Governance Reporting and Analytics would be an added advantage.

Salary Information: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
