We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a critical role in helping us harness the power of technology to improve the health and well-being of the members we serve.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum team meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices, and help them adopt a Lean-Agile mindset.
  • Partner with Product Owners to understand business objectives and strategy, and develop backlogs and prioritize stories.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, and help teams optimize their workflows.
  • Track team performance using metrics and foster a high-performing Agile culture.
  • Stand up new Agile teams and facilitate their formation and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
  • 9-14 years of practical experience serving as Scrum Master with a strong comprehension of Agile values and principles.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures, and the development lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, mentoring skills, and servant leadership skills.
  • Ability to identify cross-team dependencies and align work optimally.

Desired Skills

  • Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe/Nexus Principles and how they are applied in workplace culture.
  • Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, remove roadblocks, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Ability to serve as a mentor that transfers Agile knowledge and experience to the team.
  • Ability to track progress of team performance using appropriate metrics and foster adoption of a high-performing Agile culture.
