Our office in Delhi oversees our manufacturing facilities in Panipat and Bhadohi, driving innovation in modern rug designs.
Key Responsibilities• Develop a comprehensive creative strategy for the company across diverse product lines.
• Share innovative concept ideas for themes and collections to drive growth.
• Create designs for identified themes, focusing on various qualities and textures.
• Stay up-to-date with new fibre, yarn, and weave developments for efficient manufacturing.
• Plan exhibition stand designs that effectively showcase collections.
• Render rug designs in room settings to enhance visual appeal.
• Design captivating catalogues and social media posts.
• Conduct site visits to factories and exhibitions as needed.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree or diploma in design.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in rug design.
• Proficiency in carpet techniques, including hand tufting, hand knotting, and handloom weaving.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Galaincha software is a plus.
