Airport Ticketing Staff Job Description

Greet and welcome passengers, providing them with a positive travel experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check in baggage and ensure it is handled efficiently.
  • Make reservations for passengers and assist with airline ticket sales.
  • Stock aircraft with refreshments and maintain a clean environment after flights.
  • Assist disabled passengers and those with small children, providing them with extra support and care.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to passengers, ensuring they have a smooth travel experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
  • Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree, B.A, B.Arch, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
